I am the Founder and Director of the Diversity Trust - influencing social change to achieve a fairer and safer society.

I have been working as an equality, diversity and inclusion consultant, researcher and trainer for many years.

I work across all the protected characteristics and groups in the Equality Act (2010), the Public Sector Equality Duty (2011) and with the NHS Equality Delivery System (EDS2).

I am a specialist in consultation and engagement, as well as qualitative research, with equalities communities and groups.

I am passionate about empowerment and leadership, group work, facilitation and training, as well as equality and social change.

I work as a strategic partner in the delivery of hate crime services in Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire with Stand Against Racism and Inequality (SARI).

I work with Next Link and Survive on improving access to domestic violence and abuse services.

I won the Ann Wood Award (2016) for my Outstanding Contribution to Tackling Domestic Abuse in South Gloucestershire.

I work with Bristol ROADS and the Safer Bristol Partnership on achieving equality, diversity and inclusion outcomes for substance misuse services.

I am the Chair of LGBT Bristol and a volunteer with the charity Glastonbury Bridging the Gap.

I am a Stonewall Education Role Model.
